Design
After our initial meeting, we will design your custom pool. We will then set up a Zoom meeting to make changes and finalize the design using our state of the art software. Once we’ve agreed on everything, we work with you and your HOA to get the design approved and get ready to build.
Excavation
In most cases, it will take about one working day to complete the excavation process, to place the forms and to remove the dirt from your yard.
Steel
We place steel in the excavated pool along the bottom, sides, bond beam, skimmers and deck area. These are firmly tied together to add strength and long life to your pool.
Gunite Process
A concrete mixture called unite is pneumatically applied under great pressure to bond tightly around the steel reinforcing rods. This gives your pool superior strength and durability.
Plumbing & Electrical
Licensed plumbers will dig and place the lines and fixtures around the form of the pool. Then licensed electricians will hook into your electrical service and connect your filtration and lighting systems.

Tile and Coping
Tile, that you choose, will be installed along the waterline of the interior of the pool. Our stone masons will also install the coping you pick out around the pool’s perimeter. Click the “Coping” tab in the menu to see options.

Decking
The decking that surrounds your pool can be concrete, brick, stone, grass or other materials. Concrete can be stained, stamped or sprayed with Sundeck coating that stays cool in the Texas summer heat. See our “Decking” tab to view options.
Pebble Tec
Crews will now cover the surface of the pool with plaster or a Pebble Tec®, Pebble Sheen®, Pebble Fina®, BeadCrete®, or PebbleBrilliance™ finish that seals it and provides a beautiful finishing touch.
Pool School
The final step in our process is to bring Pool School to you. We will start up the equipment, teach you exactly how the equipment works, give your pool its initial water chemistry startup and show you how to maintain it.
